"Winning and losing is not all that important; more important was to nurture a civilized life by way of playing the games themselves and thereby celebrating fair, noble ideals."

Bill Harper, on the role of soccer for political prisoners at The Robben Island Prison during apartheid in South Africa

Testimonials

Chantale, you are so warm and caring that everyone feels completely comfortable sharing with you. You are non-judgmental, understanding, and know when to push and when to back down. You are amazing! We love you! I think that about says it. You truly are an extraordinary person who helps bring out the best in others. I am extremely grateful for this experience. I can't imagine how I would have gotten through without it. It is through your guidance that I know and believe in myself as an artist. It is through the skills, strategies, books, that you have taught/given me that even though I am nervous for my future, I can't wait to explore!

When you've trained as best you can and you know your competition has done the same, nothing really matters but your mental strength and your belief.

How much does it cost?

Price is what you pay. Value is what you get

Warren Buffett

Does what we bring to you make a difference in your performance? We know that the answer is a resounding yes! So what is that worth to you? Great question.

Think about how many hours a week you are spending training to be able to perform in your artistic discipline. Now think of how much you are currently paying in technique classes, group lessons, specialty workshops, auditions, yoga, gym memberships, physiotherapy, etc ... Now how many hours did you spend last week working on your self, tapping into your creative fires, all the while refining and harnessing your mental strengths? If the answer is none, or next to none, this means you are falling into the majority of artists and missing out on getting YOUR edge to artistic success. Mental performance consulting, though having proven its efficacy, is still one of the most under utilized aspects in the artist paradigm and performing arts domain.

You wouldn't go play the violin without your bow, or take to the stage without your costume, so don't leave home without your best performance asset, your unique and powerful mental game.

In the arts, you are the ultimate instrument.
